Yes, we can remove and dispose of your old fence for an additional fee. Let us know ahead of time so we can include it in your quote.

Most vinyl and aluminum fences require little maintenance—just occasional cleaning. Wood fences should be stained or sealed to protect them from the elements.

Front yards: For fences beyond the front of the house are commonly limited to 3-4 ft tall (ornamental style) 

Side and rear yards: Typical allowed up to 6 ft high

Some cities, townships and HOAs require a permit. Our office admin is happy to assist with necessary permits if needed for your project.

The setback requirements for fences near roads may vary by location and be regulated by local ordinances. It is important to check with the local building department for specific setback requirements. Most ordinances are between 50 ft from the center of the road, however a privacy fence for example must not exceed the front of the house.
